February Fun and more!

A Dolly Parton look alike? No, it's Eleanor (and Pam watching from behind) at their 90 minute Country Class.

As you can see, it was quite a hoe-down!

We always say that we put FUN into fitness, and we aren't kidding!

Later in the month Pam & I teamed up to do a Latin/Island class....with the limbo, conga and more! We had a blast and as you can see Pam took us on a "Hawaiian Rollercoaster Ride" with her grass skirt and 'coconuts'!

Pam & I joined forces again the following week for a tribute to our dear friend, Sandra Emerling. We danced to some of her favorites....and, okay, maybe one of her not so favorites as well. To keep her memory alive, we also made a donation to the Center for Women & Families of Eastern Fairfield County.

It is hard to believe Sandy has been gone for a year. It was clear that she was smiling down on us that night as we celebrated her life and shared some of our favorite memories.

One of the highlights for me this month was attending the annual Northeast District Awards Meeting. There's Peg, Tressa and Mary (from Trumbull) enjoying a wonderful lunch at the Westin Hotel in Providence, RI.

I was honored to receive the Pacesetter Elite award again this year for the success of the Stamford & Norwalk locations. We were one of 19 Pacesetter Elites in the Northeast Region this year. This has put us in the top 100 franchises worldwide.

I know that this success is ALL a result of the fabulous & dedicated team of professionals we have, and I am blessed to be able to work with them.

Here we are celebrating (Tressa, me, Peggy & Pam) before changing to take Allison's Personal Touch class. Ouch - I was sore for two days after that class!

A special thanks to the rest of the crew....Jodie, Beth, Pina, Eleanor, Arlene, Jeanne, Laura and Joan.....who contributed to this success, but were not at the meeting.
